Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business doing $500,000 or more a year.
  • Your tax bill climbs with revenue, and you find out the real number after December 31, when the year is already locked.
  • Your preparer files a clean return each spring, but nobody sits on your side of the table while the year is still open.
  • You set your salary and profit split once and haven't looked at it since.
  • You're paying for a home office, phone or car yourself, and the business isn't paying you back.
  • You want a licensed CPA to put the moves in place, not hand you a list to chase alone.
  • You want a CPA who stays with you all year, in English or Spanish.

This Is Not For:

  • Businesses doing under $500,000 a year.
  • Owners who only want a return prepared.
  • Anyone who wants to pay no tax at all.
  • W-2 employees who don't own a business.
  • Anyone shopping for the lowest price or a last-minute fix.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How UpFront CPA finds the savings, puts them in place and keeps them clean with the IRS.

We Go Through Your Returns

We look at your returns, your entity setup, your financials and your tax position to see how the business runs today and where the inefficiencies are.

We Show You The Numbers First

Before you commit to anything, we show you where at least $50,000 in estimated tax savings should come from, with a range beside each move. If it isn't there, we tell you straight.

We Set How You Pay Yourself

We work out your salary, payroll and distributions based on how your business is set up, and we write down how we set the number and why it fits your role.

Year-End Moves Before December 31

We run your tax projection and put the year-end moves in place while they still count, like a retirement plan sized to what you earn and the timing of purchases you were already making.

We Keep Books And Returns Aligned

We can keep your books monthly and prepare your return so it matches the strategy. If you'd rather your preparer keep filing, we deal with them directly so nothing extra lands on your desk.

We Build The Paper Trail

We keep the file as we go: signed retirement plan papers, the note behind your salary, equipment invoices and in-service dates. If the IRS ever asks, the CPA who put the move in place answers it.

Does It Actually Work?

“
Their team is very professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. They stay on top of everything and constantly follow up to make sure my taxes and accounts are handled correctly. ... As my company continues to grow, it's important for me to work with professionals who can handle the level of volume and complexity that comes with a growing business.

We engaged Upfront CPA's for our LLC in Spring of this year, and from day one, they did a great job! ... After having a bad experience with another CPA firm, we were relieved to have them taking care of our needs. Highly recommend!

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my current CPA?+
No. If you'd like your preparer to keep filing, they keep filing. We deal with them directly, so nothing extra lands on your desk, and you don't have to fire anyone to work with us.
Why hasn't my preparer brought any of this up?+
Most preparers see your numbers between February and April, and their job is to file what already happened, accurately and on time. By then, most of the moves that would have changed last year's bill had a December 31 deadline. Payroll already ran, and equipment either went into service by December 31 or it didn't.
Is $50,000 in savings realistic for a business my size?+
It depends on your profit, your age, your team and your setup. For a married owner keeping about $600,000 in profit, a bigger retirement plan, getting paid back for home office, phone and car costs, and better timing on a purchase you were already making can add up to around $52,000 in estimated federal tax savings. If your profit is closer to $300,000, your whole federal income tax bill may be about $50,000 or less, and you'll hear that from Julián early.
Do I have to spend money to save on taxes?+
No, and we'd talk you out of it. Spending $90,000 on a truck you don't need to save $30,000 in tax is an expensive way to lose $60,000. The moves we use are built around money you're already earning and spending.
Is this going to get me audited?+
Every number on your return has to agree with the W-2s, 1099s and K-1s the IRS already has, and if a move only works when you squint at it, we leave it out. We build the paper file as we go, so nothing depends on memory later. Nobody honest can promise you'll never get a letter, but representing clients before the IRS is part of Julián's practice, so the person who put the move in place is the person who answers it.
Is it too late to do anything this year?+
Many of the moves that change this year's bill have a December 31 deadline, and a few stay open until the return is filed. The savings show up when that return is filed, so the sooner we look at your numbers, the more we can still put in place this year.
How much does it cost?+
UpFront CPA doesn't publish a set price, because the work depends on your business and how it's set up. Your fee is quoted up front on the strategy call, before any work starts.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?+
Yes. Our office is in Orlando, and we serve clients in 15 states, including Texas, California, New York, Georgia and North Carolina. We work in English and Spanish, so if you'd rather do this en español, con gusto.
One Last Step

Want To Know Which Part Of Your Tax Bill Costs You The Most?

On the strategy call, Julián looks at how you pay yourself, how much profit you'll keep this year and the costs you already cover, then shows you which one is costing you the most, in dollars. If your setup is already tight, he'll tell you so.
